What will your work consist of?

You will conduct analyzes for the Delivery Experience area from the buyer's side in the scope of:
customer behavior on the purchasing path related to the choice of delivery method
prediction of delivery times
returns process
post-purchase experience
… from the seller's side:
working with delivery price lists
using different delivery methods
using Ship with Allegro tool
... as well as for other logistics services:
warehouse services
Allegro's own delivery network - including our green parcel machines
own broadcasting platform - including the study of the profitability of offered services
implementation of the Allegro platform on new markets
You will analyze large data sets in search of patterns and dependencies that affect key areas for the company
You will influence the shape of products by making design recommendations based on data analysis
Your task will also be to verify new hypotheses by designing and conducting A/B tests
You will have an impact on the designed and implemented solutions through constant cooperation with development teams
Thanks to the results of your analysis, people in the organization will receive tips on how to make the experience of Allegro users unique

We are looking for people who

know SQL at a very good level (knowledge of Python will be an advantage)
have experience in processing and analyzing large data sets
have min. 3 years of experience in independent work with analytical projects
know how to choose statistical methods and data visualization techniques adequate to the problem (Tableau/Data Studio is welcome)
have statistical knowledge to conduct A/B tests
care about the reusability of the code
have the ability to independently formulate hypotheses, design and conduct analyses
are able to cooperate with many stakeholders, while developing effective and clear ways of communication
know English at a minimum level of B2
