Job Description

We offer a contract of employment and a hybrid work model (3 days a week in the office)

Additionally, depending on your annual assessment and the company's results:

• Annual bonus up to 20% of the annual salary gross

In the area of Delivery Experience, we are building technology that makes Allegro's deliveries easy, cost-effective, fast and predictable. Our team takes care of critical services along the Allegro shopping journey, responsible for predicting delivery times using statistical algorithms and machine learning, selecting the best delivery methods tailored to customers, and integrating with carrier companies. Delivery Experience is also one of the fastest-growing areas where we undertake new, complex projects to enhance logistics and warehousing processes.

Expectations

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Manager, Data, who will co-coordinate a team with various data-related roles (Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Data Engineer). Your responsibilities will include gathering information, preparing analyses and analytical products, and collaborating with process owners to develop optimal solutions for a given area. You will be responsible for development, maintenance and adaptation of the data platform to streamline analytical work and enable efficient data processing for building high quality data products. Your contribution will be crucial to the company's strategy, relying on the analysis of large volumes of data, utilizing statistical techniques and data visualization methods (Data Studio, Tableau). Experience in modern SQL and cloud based platforms (GCP preferred) is required, knowledge of Python and modern data processing technologies and best practices will be an additional advantage.
