As a manager in the Beemo team, you'll steer the ship of our Customer Experience advancements. We develop and maintain key tools within the help path, enabling clients and merchants to effortlessly obtain support from Allegro. Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining user survey solutions, including UX and NPS surveys, as well as integrating internal systems and delivering tools to streamline the operations of the CX department.
