Allegro is a leading e-commerce technology platform in Poland, with over 19M active buyers and more than 500M offers from over 140k sellers. More than half of all purchases are made via mobile applications. Our goal is to provide buyers with a simple process that allows them to make convenient purchases from all the offers available, on increasingly smaller screens. We know that more categories of products will be purchased online and we are preparing to make them simple and convenient for our buyers (including those who are not yet on Allegro).
We are looking for an experienced technology leader to develop our Product Vision, Strategies and Plans for MarTech tools, with the ability to execute these rigorously for maximum impact.
What will your main responsibilities include?
Strategic Vision & Leadership:
- Define and execute the product vision for the Smart! Loyalty program, driving customer engagement and retention.
- Spearhead the development and expansion of Martech tools (SEO, SEM, PPC) across Allegro's markets.
- Contribute to a cohesive martech and adtech stack vision that aligns with overarching business objectives.
Customer-Centric Focus:
- Identify and address the key needs of Allegro buyers through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
- Define a platform development roadmap that enhances the customer experience and drives revenue growth.
- Develop key capabilities within the customer-facing organization to achieve long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty goals.
Operational Management & Collaboration:
- Provide hands-on leadership to the development and product teams, setting clear business directions and priorities.
- Manage the Unit's operational aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and recruitment.
- Foster strong collaboration with the Marketing/CMO team and other business units to ensure alignment with Allegro's strategic direction.
Team Development & Growth:
- Build and nurture a high-performing team of product and tech specialists, mentoring future leaders within Allegro.
- Drive growth and maximize outcomes for Allegro through effective team leadership and strategic execution.
