The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy HRIS Integrations Expert to join our global team at Alfa Laval and help shape the future of our HR systems landscape. If you thrive in a dynamic, agile environment, enjoy building smart integrations, and want to be part of a transformative journey—this role is for you.

 

The team is responsible for support to HR: performing global IT admin daily operations tasks, break-fixing as well as continuous improvements and projects. The work is driven in an Agile way with two-week sprints where the team delivers prioritized changes.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support integrations within Workday and other HR systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure and maintain integrations using APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, and XSLT.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and agile sprint deliverables.
  • Support the implementation of new HR policies and ensure alignment with system best practices.

 

We are looking for:

  • Proven experience with Workday integrations—both deployment and support.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, Web Services, XML, and XSLT.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR business processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A self-driven mindset with a passion for learning and improving.
  • Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
