Who we’re looking for:

We’re currently looking for a Middle Software Engineer with solid PHP experience to join our team in Wroclaw. You'll be working on meaningful features that impact millions of users and help us keep improving our core platform

About the SignNow Team

We’re a team of 140+ engineers, designers, and product managers working on SignNow, one of the top eSignature tools on the market. Over 28 million users rely on us to send, sign, and manage documents quickly and securely.

Our team owns the core product experience — from preparing and sending documents to getting them signed. We constantly improve the product based on real user data, and we’re building advanced features for our larger customers (think HIPAA compliance, QES, KBA, payment collection, etc.).

What you’ll be doing:

• Writing and maintaining clean, efficient back-end code

• Collaborating with the team and reviewing pull requests

• Making sure our services are stable and well-monitored (Grafana, Loki)

• Supporting our CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Kubernetes)

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in back-end development

• Solid knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL

• Experience building and working with REST APIs, understanding OAuth2

• Comfortable working in Unix-based systems, familiar with Nginx, AMQP, and CI/CD processes
