    Send2Sign is a key team within the signNow ecosystem, responsible for the core functionality of the product—sending and signing documents. The team designs and develops improvements to enhance the user experience in critical workflows, including sending invitations, managing documents and document groups, and the signing process itself.


    By continuously testing and iterating on hypotheses, Send2Sign ensures that users can efficiently send, track, and complete document workflows, optimizing both speed and ease of use. The team plays a vital role in shaping the future of signNow’s document signing experience, driving innovation in seamless and intuitive digital transactions.


    What you'll be working on:

    • Writing backend code for new functionality;
    • Reviewing pull requests from other team members;
    • Supporting service stability and monitoring systems(Grafana, Loki);
    • Supporting the service’s CI/CD process (GitHub Actions, K8s).


    What we expect from you:

    • 4+ years for the back-end development position;
    • Database Management: (MySQL or Postgres);
    • API development. Understanding of REST/OAuth2;
    • CVS, AMQP, Unix systems using, CI/CD process understanding, Nginx.
    • Upper-intermediate English;
    • Fluent Ukrainian/Russian language.
