And now we're looking for a Global Workplace Project Manager with a passion for creating every office to feel welcoming, comfortable, and inspiring, where people feel supported and engaged.
You will support the planning, coordination and execution of workplace projects and initiatives across our offices and remote workforce. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects that enhance employee experience, optimize office operations and align with our global workplace strategy. The scope of responsibilities blends project coordination, facilities support and employee engagement.
What you'll be working on:
Assisting in the rollout of workplace approaches, processes and office and remote workforce related projects.
Coordination of facilities related projects.
Monitoring workplace projects budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Coordinating vendors for supplies and services, ensuring quality and consistencyTracking office supplies, space usage and service performance for smooth day-to-day operations.
Work closely with local and global teams to maintain employee-friendly work environment.
Travel requirement: 3-4 days per quarter to visit our offices in Poland/Romania.
What we expect from you:
Fluent in English, Ukrainian is a plus.
3+ years in workplace, office or facility management.
Project coordination experience 1+ years.
Using data for decision making.
Proven experience managing vendors and services across multiple countries with focus on cost-efficiency and quality.
Track record in logistics, procurement, maintenance and office infrastructure.
Experience working cross-functionally to support smooth operations.
Comfortable managing remote operations across diverse cultures and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize across time zones and locations.
