DocHub

We are a small but ambitious team of 20+ technologists on a mission to succeed with our Google-integrated PDF editor and Signature solution –  DocHub.

DocHub streamlines document editing, signing, distribution and forms completion to get your documents done. Offering a deep integration with Google Workspace, DocHub allows users to import, export, modify, and sign documents directly from Google apps to ensure smooth business processes and interactive workflows.

DocHub has several million monthly active users and is highly rated in the Google Workspace Marketplace. We are building new features and functionality to target larger customers and will deploy generative AI features this year. Our team has several senior engineers who have worked at DocHub for many years and have a deep understanding of the technology stack. We make decisions quickly and are always searching for ways to streamline our customers' workflows.

And now, we are looking for a General QA who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.

What you'll be working on:

• Testing & Quality Assurance (50% Manual / 50% Automated) - Perform manual and automated testing of the product, ensuring seamless document sending and signing workflows. Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for both UI and API testing. Conduct accessibility, localization, and responsive testing to enhance user experience.

• Automation & Test Frameworks - Develop and maintain automated UI and API tests using Playwrite and TS Implement test execution pipelines within the CI/CD process, ensuring smooth integration and deployment. Debug automation failures, optimize test execution, and improve test stability.

• Release & Deployment Activities - Participate in release validation, smoke and regression testing before production deployments. Handle and troubleshoot escalted customer cases Collaborate with developers on bug triage, root cause analysis, and improving test reliability.

• Process Improvement & QA Strategy - Contribute to test coverage analysis and reporting. Assist in defining and refining the test strategy, QA processes, and best practices for the team. Participate in test planning, estimation, and prioritization of test efforts.

• Documentation & Collaboration - Maintain and improve test documentation, test plans, and defect reports. Work closely with developers, product managers, and support team to ensure high-quality releases. Engage in requirement analysis and risk assessment to align testing efforts with business goals.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in manual and automated testing (UI, API, database).

• Hands-on experience with TS, Playwrite, Allure and API testing tools (Postman).

• Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD processes, and release management.

• Strong knowledge of test strategies, QA processes, and automation frameworks.

• Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and SDLC best practices.

• Continuous Learning: Demonstrated commitment to professional development through courses, certifications, workshops, or seminars.

• English – Intermediate+ (B2)
