What you will do:

• Apply your judgment to discern the most suitable approach amidst a spectrum of ML methodologies and heuristic-based solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand the intricacies of each problem domain, leveraging your expertise to devise innovative solutions.
• Develop robust algorithms and pipelines that seamlessly integrate machine learning components into existing software systems, enhancing functionality and performance.
• Iterate and refine your solutions through rigorous testing and validation, ensuring reliability, scalability, and effectiveness in real-world applications.
• Tackle software engineering tasks with precision and finesse, from designing and coding to testing and maintaining production-ready software components.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and software engineering, continuously enriching your skill set to drive innovation and excellence.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth while collectively striving for success.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver impactful results that drive business value.
• Champion best practices and process improvements, advocating for efficiency gains and driving the evolution of our development practices.

• Strong Computer Science fundamentals, including algorithm design, complexity analysis, and data structures knowledge.
