What you will do
- Understand existing processes and help define consistent release standards across application teams;
- Troubleshoot deployment and application issues, providing clear communication to relevant stakeholders;
- Assess release risk levels and define appropriate disaster recovery and rollback strategies;
- Implement and manage security best practices for IAM, networking, and environment configurations;
- Manage AWS infrastructure and networking using Sceptre and CloudFormation;
- Monitor system and application health using tools such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and Zabbix;
- Improve and support CI/CD workflows and deployment automation;
- Collaborate with developers to establish scalable, maintainable release processes;
- Design patching strategies for virtual machines.

4+ years of experience supporting multi-application release infrastructures;
- Strong architecture and deployment experience with AWS services (SES, SNS, SQS, Directory Services, ELB, ASG, ACM, Systems Manager, S3, Glacier, EBS, Lambda, Route53, CloudFront, AWS Backup);
- Hands-on experience with AWS networking (Transit Gateways, TG Peering, VPC Peering, Direct Connect, Site-to-Site VPN, AWS VPN, Prefix Lists);
- Practical experience automating and working with AWS security tooling (Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, Config, Trusted Advisor);
- Familiarity with deployment automation, configuration management, monitoring tools, and disaster recovery principles;
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux shell;
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and workflows (e.g. Jenkins, Argo, Git);
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation;
- Ability to continuously build and test code using scripting or programming languages;

Proficiency in at least one language: Python, Go, Java, or C++;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Solid understanding of security best practices in public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP);
- High-level knowledge of Active Directory and identity management concepts;
- Strong understanding of OWASP best practices and secure software development principles.
