Fullstack Developer (Backend focus)

The role:

We are looking for a versatile Fullstack Developer, who will join our small development team. As part of that team, you will be responsible for developing web applications, building and maintaining APIs, creating orchestration and communication layers for AI solutions. This role is ideal for a great communicator, who thrives on finding solutions and has a strong sense of ownership.

What you will do:

• Co-design and build web applications and websites

• Design, build and maintain APIs

• Design and build communication layers for AI solutions

• Work closely with other Developers, Data Consultants, clients and other stakeholders

• Work on both internal projects and projects for our clients

What we need from you:

• Strong expertise in backend web development in Node.js or .Net

• Significant experience with creating and maintaining APIs

• Good understanding of microservices and MACH principles

• Experience with  frontend development and modern frameworks  (React, Next.js)

• Strong interest in AI concepts and related technology, including MCP

• At least 4 years of commercial experience gained working for external clients

• Experience with CI/CD and general DevOps practices

• Exposure one of leading cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP)

• Knowledge of security principles in web development

• Proficiency with relational databases including Microsoft SQL, and with NoSQL databases

• Ability to work in a team and to contribute individually

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, self-organize and to act in a pro-active manner

• Very good communication skills in English (min B2) and Polish (C1 or native)

• A contract of your choice: B2B: PLN 150-190 per hour, or UoP: PLN 17-23k gross per month

Recruitment process

• Intro call: You get to know about ADDRETAIL, we check your communication in English, you get a feeling of the company vibe (45 mins).

• Competence interview: We talk about your experience and expertise. Normally you also meet your future manager at that stage. (60-90 mins).
