Min. 4+ years experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps.
Hands-on expertise with Azure.
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including building and managing automated pipelines for deploying cloud infrastructure and applications.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components such as virtual machines, storage options, networking, and security.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Demonstrated experience in recommending and implementing cloud-first architecture designs.
Nice to Have:
Experience with GCP, AWS.
Certification in Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer) or GCP (e.g., Google Professional Cloud Architect).
Familiarity with Composable Commerce platforms, MACH architecture or related technologies.
Familiarity with cloud cost management and optimization strategies.
Knowledge of database services, both SQL and NoSQL, in the cloud.
Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services using Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a focus on automation and scalability.
Develop and deploy cloud resources using Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines and best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Recommend and design application architectures that follow a cloud-first methodology and align with business needs.
Collaborate with software development and DevOps teams to define and implement cloud solutions that ensure availability, performance, and security.
Build and support Composable Commerce solutions, leveraging microservices, APIs and headless services to create scalable and flexible e-commerce architectures.
Manage cloud resources, including compute, storage, networking, and security configurations, to optimize for cost and performance.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment pipelines using tools such as
Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Terraform, and scripting languages.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud security and data protection.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve cloud solutions.
