◆ Responsibilities: 

  • Provide technical support via a dedicated helpdesk for development teams on the Global Private Cloud infrastructure, 

  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA), 

  • Collaborate with developers to deploy and manage code changes (DevOps), 

  • Develop tools to manage the platform using various programming languages, 

  • Release development and testing environments to development teams, 

  • Monitor and assess the health of the platform. 

 

◆ Requirements: 

  • Completed higher education, 

  • Very good spoken and written English (minimum B2), 

  • Familiarity with Windows or Linux network operating systems, 

  • At least one year of experience delivering excellent client service in a customer service role, 

  • Experience in scripting, 

  • Ability to learn new programming languages quickly, 

  • Curiosity about the inner workings of an international private cloud platform supporting thousands of users, 

  • Interest in learning and troubleshooting application defects and design principles, 

  • Strong problem-solving skills, 

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

The recruitment process consists of several stages that allow us to get a better idea of your skills and team fit: 

  1. Maths and logic test in English. 

  1. Three stage online recruitment interview - HR and 2 technical parts. 

  1. Face to face interview with the Manager in our office location in Wrocław.
