We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn to become part of our Customer Support team as an Application Support Analyst. This role provides an excellent gateway into the IT sector. No prior experience in IT is required – we will provide full training and support to help you reach your potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
Helping customers with the configuration of the Acturis application to meet their business needs,
Advising customers on system functionality and resolving issues via email,
Testing configuration changes and the impact of new functionalities on tools and processes,
Working with SQL databases: reporting and creating dedicated solutions based on customer requirements,
Creating and maintaining internal and customer-oriented documentation.
Job requirements:
Completed higher education (or in the final semester),
Fluent English (min. B2 level), with particular emphasis on Business English - spoken and written,
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines,
Ability to work both in a team and independently,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Ability to quickly learn new skills

What does our recruitment process look like?
The recruitment process consists of several stages that allow us to get a better idea of your skills and fit with the team:
Maths and logic test in English.
Online recruitment interview in 3 stages - HR and 2 technical which will take 3 hours 15 minutes.
Meeting in the company in Wrocław - direct interview with the Manager.
