    Role overview


    We are looking for a UX researcher to join our design team. We are looking for someone who is interested in the blockchain technology and decentralised finance. As UX researcher, you'll have a big impact on our product experience on our two web and mobile apps.

    We are a tech and design-driven startup that is located in Switzerland and in Berlin with an international team working from here and across the globe with a focus on the European time zone. We are developing a crypto tracking solution on desktop and mobile that allows our customers to keep an overview of their financial portfolio.     Responsibilities


    • Gather and analyze data from users
    • Define and track relevant KPI's for the mobile and web apps
    • Conducting user interviews
    • Workloads will be managed by yourself with a lot of freedom

    Requirements


    • 1-2 years of experience working as UX researcher
    • You have a strong and clear sense of UX design
    • You have experience in working with product teams of developers and designers
    • You are confident in user interviews and have a good contact with people
    • You are comfortable within agile organisations, in cross-discipline teams
    • You effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale
    • You are able to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken)

    Nice to have


    • Experience with mobile apps
    • Experience in crypto
    • A good understanding of the German language
