Job Description:

Working closely with our clients, you will design, build, and implement GenAI tools and strategies that will help enhance business performance. You will develop specialized expertise - strategic, industry, functional, technical - in a diverse project environment that offers multiple opportunities for career growth and personal development. Note: this is not a purely implementational role, the ideal candidate will be able to work both on a technical implementation and a broader AI strategy.

• Providing strategic advice on technological solutions for businesses with the focus on advanced analytics, data platforms & architecture, and data-driven business insights

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Practical knowledge of ALL tools, frameworks & technologies below:
• o GenAI (agents, tools, agentic workflows, RAG, fine-tuning)
• o One of the listed Cloud Platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS)
• o Machine Learning (Statistic foundations, Python)
• Strong passion for implementation but also willing to work on strategic topics
• Degree in IT, Data Science, Big Data, Computer Science, Quantitative Methods or relevant experience
• Team oriented and collaborative working style, both with clients and within the organization
• Growth mindset, positive attitude & strong interest in solving client challenges, adapting to a changing work environment and dealing with new issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Good command of any other foreign language would be a strong asset

Working Conditions: 

• Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.  
• We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
