What’s in it for you:

• Definition of Cloud Strategy and operating models and lead the next wave of enterprise-wide transformations, which we call also Digital Core transformations.
• Understanding of cloud migration patterns like re-host, re-platform, re-factor, and be able to apply relevant pattern based on client respond to questionnaire.
• Design of Cloud Roadmaps and Architectures for solutions supporting clients in accelerating their journey to and through cloud while understanding the value that cloud and cloud optimization can unlock.
• Perform analysis of existing client environments & recommend solutions that either enable a to-be cloud vision or provide ways to improve existing cloud environments (Cloud continuum approach)
• Good to have experience around cloud native Application development, at least in terms of design, architecture, and considerations.
• Create high quality, client facing assets (for example.: roadmaps, blueprints) targeting cloud solutions and present them to key stakeholders. Your presentations skills are crucial here.
• Senior Consultant additionally be responsible for growing the cloud practice, team development, work on demand generation, RFP, and pre-sales.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 5-10 years of practical experience in public/private or hybrid cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform, relevant certificates are highly appreciated.
• Knowledgeable in cloud industry trends and a passion for driving thought leadership in this evolving paradigm.
• Problem-solving skills including the ability to structure client challenges, perform analyses independently & deal with new issues in dynamic work environments.
• Experience in any of the following will be a strong asset: cloud assessment and cloud migration planning and oversight, cloud operating models, cloud architecting, Landing Zone advisory, application portfolio assessment and demand planning.
• Willingness to work in international environments, including travels on-site. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other foreign EU language e.g. German, French, Italian will be a strong asset. 
• Willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe. 
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree

Working Conditions: 

• Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.  
• We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
