THE WORK:

• You will coordinate work of various teams helping them to deliver valuable products.
• You will ensure that projects are following SCRUM good practices.
• You will migrate ongoing projects to SCRUM and kick-off new projects with proper SCRUM setup.
• You will provide direction and structure to assigned projects activities, establishing clear, precise goals, objectives and timeframes.
• You will coordinate meetings; gather relevant documents.
• You will prepare workshops for development teams and executives about modern ways of working/SCRUM values and principles.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office in Warsaw or in Cracow - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master (PSM II/PSM I is a plus).
• Practical experience in agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in the IT industry and a very good knowledge of the software development process and nomenclature.
• Experience in project work, including the ability to aggregate information from multiple sources, prepare reports and design business processes.
• Knowledge of project tools e.g. JIRA, Azure Devops, Confluence, MS Project, Redmine.
• Ability to make things happen and to keep deadlines.
• Highly developed analytical skills.
• Efficient communication (in Polish and English).
