THE WORK

• Building dynamic and personalized marketing campaigns.
• Developing marketing templates, automations and integrations
• Testing messages in terms of their deliverability, responsiveness on various devices and in various email boxes
• Documenting processes and best practices in SFMC, ongoing monitoring of system operation
• Cooperating in the design of business processes and their configuration based on the Salesforce platform in close cooperation with other teams and the client Analytical support for the client and other teams
• Developing the project as part of expanding the architecture and implementing non-standard solutions
• Working in 2 - 8 people functional & technical team, closely cooperating with other project teams and Accenture Salesforce technology team.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• You have 1+ year of experience in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC) platform
• You have the ability to practically use AMPscript, HTML, SQL languages ​​and use REST and SOAP API
• You know Salesforce, you are passionate about it and you want to develop your competences in this technology including cross-cloud solutions
• You know English very well
• You work in the Agile/SCRUM model

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Practical knowledge and experience with SSJS
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) and Data Cloud (CDP)
• Marketing Cloud Developer certificate
