THE WORK:

• Facilitate client collaboration through Design Thinking workshops, embracing challenges as opportunities to shape user-centered value propositions.
• Elevate product outcomes by focusing on prototyping, testing, and refinement.
• Advocate for agile methodologies, proactive in skill enhancement, ensuring adaptable and efficient SCRUM delivery.
• Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, driven by a commitment to constant progress and seizing new opportunities for business growth and product success.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer for mid-level roles, and 6+ years of experience for senior roles.
• UX and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital product design principles, including UI patterns, accessibility, and heuristics.
• Advanced prototyping skills, with a deep familiarity with Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
• Fluency in and English (C1-C2).
• Interest in Gen Ai and staying up to date with trends - our team has a lot of innovative project, we’d be happy if you’ve experience designing Gen AI and conversational experience but you will also have an opportunity to learn on the job.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience leading client workshops using Design Thinking.
• Experience in designing design systems.
• Experience in consulting.
