We are developing an advanced SaaS solution for a leading provider of cloud storage and collaboration services. This solution is built on a distributed architecture and enables rapid search, organization, and access control of data in one centralized platform. Utilizing artificial intelligence, the system integrates with major business platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Drive, aggregating and indexing data from these sources.

The primary goal of the system is to provide users with a unified interface that allows for:

- Quick retrieval of information, regardless of its source

- Secure management of access to sensitive data

- Efficient organization and categorization of content

- Easy document sharing and collaboration

The architecture is based on Go and gRPC, offering a highly efficient and scalable solution that processes large volumes of data in real-time. This ensures that users can instantly access critical information distributed across various enterprise systems while maintaining full control over data security.

THE WORK: ​

• Design intricate software components, adhering to architecture standards; thrive on continuous advancement and collaboration in an agile environment.
• Evaluate and propose alternative designs, ensuring well-informed trade-offs; embrace challenges as opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Develop, test, document, and refactor complex code; dedicated to ongoing improvement and maintaining high code quality through peer reviews.
• Provide technical expertise for system configuration, integration testing, and builds; proactive in skill enhancement and aligning with security requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners to deliver customer-focused features; motivated to embrace new opportunities and continuously seek improvement.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 

• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
• Proficiency in Polish
• Several years of hands-on experience in developing applications in Go
• Full-time work as a Go Developer within the last 12 months
• Solid experience in implementing asynchronous and event-driven systems
• Practical knowledge of gRPC in production projects
• Experience with Microservices architecture
• Experience with message brokers such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience with observability solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
