Are you a skilled Go Developer with Kubernetes experience seeking an interesting project? For our client, who participates in an EU initiative to build a federative cloud solution, we are looking for proficient Go developers to join the team.
If you're a specialist in Go with experience in delivering performant, scalable solutions, this project is tailored for you. We value engineers who excel in their domain while maintaining a broad understanding of technology, enabling them to deliver robust back-end code.
Your daily work:
- Design intricate software components using appropriate modeling techniques, adhering to established architecture and design standards.
- Evaluate and propose alternative design options, ensuring well-informed trade-offs.
- Verify software design using appropriate methods and standards.
- Develop, test, document, and refactor complex code and integration services.
- Lead peer reviews of colleagues' work to uphold code quality.
- Provide technical expertise for system configuration, integration testing, and integration builds.
- Ensure projects align with established architectures, standards, and security requirements.
- Collaborate with Technical Lead and the team to deliver customer-focused features.
- Thrive in an agile, team-oriented software engineering environment through effective collaboration.
- Coach and share knowledge with colleagues while actively seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with product owners to shape and deliver customer-centric features.
Qualifications
Must-have skills & experience:
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level);
- Demonstrated ability for precise and transparent communication;
- Experience with Go (Golang), it's build tools, package management, concurrency and http libraries;
- Experience in building RESTfull APIs (e.g. Gin) and using Websockets;
- Familiarity with Ginkgo or Gomega;
- Experience with K8s, Operators and Helm Charts;
- CKA and CKAD would be an advantage.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Microservices architecture;
- Experience in using AWS, Azure or GCP services;
- Experience in using Message Brokers like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ;
- Experience in using Observability solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
