THE WORK:

• You will be the authority on Data hands-on knowledge for your colleagues
• Support projects through their lifecycle, fostering continuous learning and passion for personal development.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, being proactive in skill enhancement.
• Provide structure to project activities, showing commitment to constant progress and sharing it on the client meetings
• Boost team morale and work both independently and collaboratively

Flexible work location: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office in Warsaw or in Cracow - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Experience as a Delivery Lead with Data & AI technical skills.
• Familiarity with Cloud projects and one of the areas: AI, ML, BI, Visualisation.
• Understanding of SCRUM methodology (nice to have).
• Experience collaborating in a multinational environment and with diverse landscapes.
• Self-motivation, proactiveness, and openness to change.
• Capacity to manage unexpected situations.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation talents.
