Data Migration Analyst/Consultant for Energy Industry (ICH Europe)

Join our team as Data Migration Analyst / Consultant for Energy Industry to participate in bringing to live business solutions based on latest cloud technologies and analytics tools.

Our consultants have excellent communication skills (English and at least one other language) with the ability to explain complicated things simply. We measure our success by building a relationship with a client, both business and IT. The most experienced talents will be responsible to lead and manage the projects, financials, the relationship with the client and cooperate with our delivery centers across the globe.

THE WORK:  

• Support clients in generating business value from digital solutions powered by SAP and Cloud technologies.
• Document solution specifications and support the creation of operational support manuals during the implementation.
• Create, test, and execute data migration tools (SAP Data Services, Winshuttle, EMIGALL, SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW); dedicated to ongoing improvement.
• Deliver SQL-based transformations to legacy-target data structures.
• Prepare, analyze and distribute data reconciliation reports, actively conduct data cleansing and support data owners.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

• Minimum 2 years in Data Migration (ERP, SRM, CRM, Cloud) including roadmap development, design, testing, project management, data management, and governance, or 3+ years in data management in Energy, Chemicals, or Manufacturing.
• Data Migration knowledge in fields like: P2P, O2C, R2R, F2S, H2R.
• Knowledge about SAP Data Migration tools (SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, Winshuttle, LSMW)
• Working knowledge in interface communication (API, IDOC, EDI).
• Knowledge of BAPI/BADI. The ability to customize SAP (SAP screens, table content, etc.) would be an advantage.
• Interested in management consulting work related to Digital Transformation like: business process design; data harmonization, standardization, consolidation, and migration; user requirements gathering; test management/automation; integration with external tools; support during cutover, go-live, and hyper-care phases.
