THE WORK:
Leading technical initiatives in the AI/LLM/GenAI space across consulting, technology, and operations.
Mentoring junior engineers on a daily basis, supporting their growth and development.
Driving business ownership in selected areas—contributing to strategic planning, client interactions, and solution design.
Researching and evaluating cutting-edge AI models, tools, and frameworks.
Identifying and assessing opportunities to apply AI to real-world business challenges.
Designing and building robust, scalable AI-driven prototypes and end-to-end solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business consultants.
Supporting internal knowledge sharing and promoting best practices around AI and software craftsmanship.
Ability and enthusiasm to build and deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Proficiency in Python (or willingness to transition from another language).
Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude with MCPs.
Understanding of TypeScript and the ability to build full-stack applications.
Cloud proficiency, primarily Azure.
Strong practical knowledge of AI/LLM/GenAI models, their limitations, strengths, and appropriate use cases.
Experience with prompt engineering, API integration, and building AI-driven applications.
Familiarity with Agentive AI concepts and the ecosystem of tools for multi-agent architectures.
Capability to scope and lead AI projects end-to-end, from concept to delivery.
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience in code quality reviews, test-driven development, or MLOps practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and contributing to product planning and estimation.
