Middle Functional QA Engineer

Responsibilities: 

• Actively participate in the release and QA activities planning 

• Design, develop, maintain and improve test cases and test plans according to the specified requirements 

• Report test results and defects; 

• Analyse and troubleshoot issues in the software;  

• Apply Black/White/Gray Box QA techniques 

Requirements: 

• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and quality assurance (QA) processes 

• Hands-on experience in testing web-based projects 

• Strong grasp of QA methodologies, including test planning, test case management, bug tracking systems, and the overall development lifecycle 

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving 

• Basic knowledge of SQL 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail 

• Proficiency in JIRA or similar issue tracking tools 

• Proven experience in creating and maintaining test documentation, defining testing scope, developing test plans, and writing test cases 

• Familiarity with internationalization (I18n) and localization (L10n) testing 

• Experience in API testing 

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher  

Experience: 

• Appropriate IT-related degree or relevant experience 

• 2+ years of relevant experience
