Are you an experienced and passionate developer ready to take on a leadership role? A-Cube API is looking for a Tech Lead to join our team and drive our presence in the Polish market. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a small team, influence product development, and work directly with clients to ensure their success.

Our Mission

We are on a mission to simplify the complex landscape of government-provided services for developers. Our goal is to make it easy for them to exchange electronic documents, such as e-invoices, by providing simple and effective API solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development, deployment, and documentation of all our products and components for the Polish market.

• Be responsible for the scalability and quality of our solutions.

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a junior/mid developer who will work alongside you.

• Work directly with our customers to ensure smooth and successful integrations.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience in developing web applications. You should have a proven track record of building robust, production-ready software.

• Strong English skills, both written and oral, to communicate effectively with our international team and clients.

• Experience with cloud development and a solid understanding of cloud-based architectures.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary range: 54,000 € - 72,000 € per year (B2B), based on experience and skills.

• This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely.
