About us
Hi, welcome to StratsLab! We combine IT skills with financial knowledge to deliver innovative products and services for our clients. Our projects target the financial area, usually for big, international companies. At StratsLab you can meet great people with exceptional IT skills. Our company was set up by graduates of the Faculty of MIM at the University of Warsaw. In recent years, we have been working for top banks and investment funds from around the world.
Our team
Our structure is so flat that... it doesn't exist. We are a company created, managed and improved by Developers. Understanding each other perfectly without unnecessary procedures makes us very unique. The team consists of exceptional programmers with wide range of experience.
Our office
The office is located in Powiśle - over by many parks, cafes and restaurants, it is also overseen by the traditional Old Town. What's more, in our comfortable office, coffee, tea and fruits are waiting for you. We don't have open spaces, we work in small 2-4 person rooms. This gives us the ability to concentrate. We work on Macs, but should you prefer a different equipment, do not hesitate to let us know!
There is always time for fun!
There is no "I" in the team. We love spending time together not just in the office. Every first Thursday of the month we go for the StratsLab beer. Food, drinks, canoeing, playing volleyball by the Vistula River - any idea of spending time together is welcome! Oh, and we happen to play football, why don't you join us for the next match?
That's how we work
Even though life around us becomes more and more digital, the company remains old-school in its working style. Teams love meeting in the office in order to brainstorm solutions to various design problems, but should you wish to work from home, don't worry - we're flexible, also in terms of working hours!
Our teams cooperate on international projects, therefore use of English is present on a daily basis.
