WAVEDAY - INNOVATION AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
In order to keep pace with digitalization, we have launched our own innovation day called "Waveday". The fundamental aim is to create time for our employees to work in teams on exciting and innovative initiatives to help us shape the future of digital commerce. At the same time, personal training and development opportunities play an important role.
EVENTS - Regular meetups & company events
We regularly organize get-togethers, webinars and meet-ups to exchange ideas with customers, partners and interested parties and to present news. Our employees are important participants at these events. We are also present at the relevant e-commerce events. OUR RECRUITING PROCESS
Our recruiting process is quite short and fast and generally consists of two main steps so that we can get to know each other: The first step is an interview with HR, the second step is a technical interview with the department and a chance to learn more about the role, the tasks and your colleagues. In a last step we plan a meeting to discuss the offer and the contract details. We are looking forward to getting to know you!
