We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Application Architect to join our dynamic team executing a project for a client in the retail industry. You will be focused on IT e-Mobility Solutions Architecture, aiming to improve it, extend it, and ultimately - migrate to the global loyalty architecture concept. As an Application Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative solutions.

Your role

• Lead the design and architecture of complex software applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and project managers to define technical requirements and architecture specifications
• Conduct a thorough analysis of existing systems and propose strategic solutions for improvement and optimization
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

Your skills

• At least 5 years of proven experience as an Application Architect or similar role in software development
• Proficiency in architectural design principles, patterns, and methodologies
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Fluent communication in Polish and English
• Willingness to work from the office one day a week
