Role and Responsibilities

• Being a support for senior recruiters in running recruitment projects in the organization
• Publishing job advertisements, conducting cv selection and telephone interview with candidates for selected positions
• Building strong and positive relations with hiring managers and team members, same as building positive candidates’ experience
• Delivering regular reporting
• Process improvement initiatives
• Attendance in Employer Branding activities

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in supporting recruitment processes
• Very good command of English and Polish (min. B2)
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
• MS Office skills
• Creative and proactive approach
• Very good communication skills
