Responsibilities

• Managing and operating one of our FinTech Platforms based on Openshift 
• Taking care of getting the practical processes working in Path to Production of application related artifacts 
• Ensuring the availability, scalability, and reliability of all platform components 
• Take a part in decisions/make recommendations for system improvements and applying changes to platform components 
• Upgrading platform components according to lifecycle management rules 
• Improvement of monitoring and alerting 
• Respond to incidents and change requests

Qualifications

• We are looking forward to your successfully completed university studies in computer science or comparable courses of study 
• At least 5 years of experience with administration in provisioning, maintaining, and configuring platforms with Azure cloud and Openshift 
• Experience with disciplines of log management, diagnostics, metrics, and capacity management 
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, AKS, OpenShift, Istio, CertManager 
• Scripting and automation technologies - Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, Pulumi 
• Security technologies with experience with cryptographic APIs, TLS, X-509, LDAP, OAuth 
• Server-side development process – Spring boot Java, Git / Azure DevOps, CI/CD tools (Git, Maven, Nexus, SonarQube, Jenkins) 
• Domain knowledge within the Financial Sector in general and especially payments/tokenization is favourable but not required. 
• Experience with setting up resilient, well-monitored production deployments 
• Good communication skills and good English skills 
• Ability to work from the office in Katowice (hybrid)
