The Application Managed Services team is a part of PwC Poland, involving 66 superheroes who react before anyone even notices a problem! Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities, so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients’ growth. Our work is recognized worldwide – from Newfoundland to Singapore; we work in several languages. We repair, keep our fingers on the pulse, create CR, document, and sometimes teach our clients’ employees. That is why planes fly, satellites transmit a signal, publishing houses print books, and cars are delivered ahead of schedule. The better we work, the less you notice us. Your future role:
- Lead the support, maintenance, and enhancement of our Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives,
- Support of platform upgrades (Salesforce Major Release) including analysis of changes, development and configuration,
- Documentation creation and update,
- Mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of learning and technical excellence within the team,
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance our Salesforce ecosystem's functionality and efficiency,
- Collaborate with Clients and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Apply if you have:
- Expertise in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, with the ability to write efficient, scalable code,
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including advanced knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud,
- Proficiency in advanced Salesforce data modeling, management, and security best practices,
- Proficiency in implementing and managing Salesforce integrations, with a solid understanding of various integration patterns and platforms,
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices for Salesforce, using tools like Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset,
- Experience using Salesforce monitoring and debugging tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability,
- Proven track record in IT Support projects in an international environment,
- Leadership skills and you’re team oriented.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Salesforce AI solutions like Einstein Analytics.
- Open mind to learn new technologies and solutions
- Ability to manage a small project team in the field of composing and separating tasks, supervising the progress of works and taking responsibility for the quality of the entire solution provided (Lead Developer or Team Lead).
