Are you passionate about SEO and digital strategy? As our Technical SEO Specialist, you'll be a driving force behind the digital presence of our various web platforms. Your role is critical in managing the technical aspects of our SEO strategies across multiple countries, ensuring that our websites and e-shops are not only visible, but dominant in search engines. Get ready to lead, innovate, and take our online presence to new heights! 

🚀 Your mission:

• Strategy Development & Innovation: Craft and oversee dynamic and innovative SEO strategies for our array of websites, including e-commerce platforms, in collaboration with internal and external web development teams. Ensure strategies are continuously adapted to the latest SEO trends. 
• Comprehensive Project Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of technical SEO projects, from conceptualization and planning, through defining requirements, to the implementation, testing, and ongoing monitoring of SEO measures. Ensure each project phase aligns with overall strategy and business objectives.
• Analysis and Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports to prioritize and guide SEO initiatives, ensuring a data-driven approach to our digital journey. 
• Visibility Boost: Elevate the organic traffic and prominence of our websites through strategic, detail-oriented efforts, directly contributing to enhanced web visibility. 

🌟 We’re Looking For

• Proven SEO Expertise: Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful SEO strategies in-house or in an agency. 
• Technical Proficiency & Precision: Mastery of essential SEO tools (Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, SEMrush) with a solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and a meticulous, proactive approach to strategy planning and execution. 
• Analytical & Communicative Excellence: Strong analytical skills for strategic, data-driven decision-making combined with the ability to demystify complex SEO concepts, ensuring strategies align with the goals and needs of our internal clients. 
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must. German language skills are a welcome bonus!
