Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with Business Stakeholders: Understand and translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans. Effectively manage client expectations. Communicate technical constraints and decisions to the business.
• Solution Design: From concept to implementation, design enterprise solutions that are innovative, scalable, and secure.
• Collaboration and Guidance: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and adherence to best practices throughout the solution development lifecycle.
• Strategic Architectural Leadership: Define and refine architecture strategies, standards, processes, technologies, and tools to align with our long-term vision.
• Project Roadmapping: Collaboratively drive or assist in the estimation and construction of solution implementation roadmaps.
• Architecture Analysis and Design: Analyze, model, document, and assess existing software architectures, proposing improvements and innovative solutions.
• Expert Consultation: Serve as a leading expert, guiding development teams to adhere to solution design, development, and testing standards, ensuring architectural integrity and quality.
• Solution Implementation: Take charge of designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions from scratch, leading the project from concept to completion.
• Leadership in Technical Briefings: Lead technical briefings and business requirement gathering sessions.
• Integration and Automation: Identify key integration patterns and opportunities for business automation, enhancing operational efficiency and capability.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in the industry, including 3+ years as an Architect with hands-on experience in designing and implementing architectures from scratch. Must have deep expertise in microservice-based architectures, Kubernetes, and messaging systems like Kafka, along with proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), API design, and architecture patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance existing architectures, drive innovation and efficiency, and possess strong leadership qualities for managing stakeholder expectations and mentoring teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of a methodical approach to troubleshooting and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proven independence in managing schedules and overseeing projects, with the ability to operate autonomously and take proactive actions without constant guidance.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish, with the capability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with DevOps culture and practices and agile methodologies, aimed at delivering innovative and efficient architectural solutions.
