Description & Requirements

We are looking for Associate Software Engineers to join our Infor LN Business Application Development team in our Wrocław office.

Joining us will get the opportunity to understand the technology behind a modern cloud solution.

Our in-house product, Infor LN is one of the leading ERP solutions designed for the Manufacturing industry. Many of our customers operate in the Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Defense industries.

The team works in a hybrid model so you will be able to work from home and the office with flexibility. You will join a skilled team of Software Engineers with varied experience levels and skills and background, and you'll learn software engineering at a scale that is not easily found elsewhere. We are looking for somebody on junior/middle position, who already have some programming experience and would like to build a career within back-end development. We do not require knowledge of any specific programming language as training and mentoring will be provided from day one. Our Software Engineers are working on our own developed in-house language which is most comparable to C programming language.

You will be developing new features and improving the existing functionality of Infor LN. This directly impacts our end-users which are Infor customers worldwide. Alongside building technical skills you will grow an understanding of business processes and ways to optimize these processes within a Manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and document applications

• Implement new functionalities using standard solutions and frameworks

• Perform bug corrections and release testing

• Development of automated tests

• Cooperate with our global development and support teams to improve processes and solution

Key Requirements/Experience

• Experience with procedural or Object-Oriented programming (C,C++, VB, Python, Delphi, JavaScript or other).

• Practical knowledge in software development methodologies, design, programming and implementation.

• knowledge of relational databases (SQL)

• Background in fields such as Computer Science, IT, mathematics, physics, or financials

• Ability to work in a team

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Communicative English

Would be good if You also have:

• Knowledge about ERP and/or manufacturing business solutions

• Experience in support/consultancy work with ERP users
