Support day-to-day aspects of the level 3 Migration calls of Active directory during business hours

• Meet the SLA and QOS level
• Co-ordinate with other teams
• Escalation of all pending and failed calls
• Update the knowledge base and documentation
• Designing and planning of AD, DNS, DHCP and Hyper V
• Migration and consolidation of Active directory
• Provide L3 level support on AD, Monitoring and Reporting
• Excellent skills on windows 2016 and windows 2019 designing & planning
• Must have minimum 6 years of experience in AD Administration.
• Must have 1.5 years of experience in ADFS technology.
• Must have strong knowledge & prior work experience of ADFS as L3
• Must have strong knowledge & prior work experience of Active Directory as L3. · Should have handled a team size of 15 people.
• Knowledge of Windows Registry, including knowledge of modifying system registry to support installed applications and document configuration changes.
• Exposure to 2019 Windows will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of active directory concepts and configuration, i.e. need to understand membership in security groups, inherited groups, OU structure, etc.
• DNS and DHCP troubleshooting experience.
• Server role placement and server sizing exposure.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Managing Active Directory infrastructure.
• Hands on experience on migration, consolidation and Migration projects.
• Experience on Merger and Demerger of active directory Environment
• Mastery on migrations tools ( Ex. ADMT, Quest e.t.c)
• Good experience on Security translation
• Candidate should have very good understanding of authentication process.
• Good communications Skills, Interpersonal and willingness to excel and performance oriented.
• Must have worked on L3 support
• Must have 8 + Yrs of IT Experience.
