We are an international company of 100+ employees created by IT engineers. Not being an outsourcer in the usual sense of the word, we specialize in creating niche software for large international banks and investment funds. As part of our development, we’d like to establish new teams in Poland.

We are seeking a Senior Python developer to join the Reference Data Service team. The service is one of the key parts of the trading eco-system of the company. It is used for creation and distribution of various business objects details (eg. security instruments ) across a whole investment firm.

You will be joining a global team of 3 engineers. The main goal of the team is to expand the existing service by improving its quality, performance and stability, adding new features and reworking to make it aligned with the firm IT strategy.

You will work with a wide technology range: backend, jobs, streams, notebooks etc.

Technology stack

- Python 3.9

- AWS

- Oracle, Snowflake, DocDb,

- AMPS messaging

What is required from you:

- Python (+ numpy, pandas, flask, fastapi, jupyter)

- 4+ years of experience - experience with messaging

- experience with creating mid-load Rest API (2+ mln requests per day)

- some experience in Java will be a plus.
