We are looking for an independent Engineer (Middle/Senior) with experience in the latest .NET technologies and custom software development dedicated for Azure and/or AWS platforms. We value direct communication, an open approach to problem solving, and a willingness to explore new technologies.
You will be working on cutting-edge, cloud-based enterprise software for clients across various industries. Currently, we are developing several solutions, including a reporting system that provides detailed information on fuel management, building a prototype of a wealth advisory tool that integrates daily client data to generate personalized investment recommendations, and developing modern financial applications.

Your Daily Missions
- Implementing new functionalities in the latest .NET iteration and/or maintaining existing projects in .NET / .NET Core technologies.
- Building optimized and well-tested back-end services from scratch.
- Ensuring the high quality of application code by writing clean, testable code and unit tests.
- Supporting the team with feedback, code reviews, and pair programming.
- Being part of a SCRUM team.
The Essentials We’re Seeking
- 4+ years of commercial experience in programming, with a focus on .NET (Core and Framework) and Azure / AWS.
- Experience in .NET Core or .NET 6-8 and RESTful web services.
- Familiarity with features like LINQ, Lambda expressions, and asynchronous programming.
- Practical experience with Azure and/or AWS services (such as Azure App Services, Functions, Storage, SQL Database, and their AWS counterparts).
- Experience with building applications in modular monolith and microservices architecture, understanding concepts, utilizing message queues, and object databases.
- Good knowledge of solid coding practices, including peer code reviews, unit testing, continuous integration, TDD.
- Knowledge of development approaches such as DDD, CQRS, SOLID, and Clean Architecture.
- Experience in Entity Framework and ability to write efficient queries with experience in raw SQL.
- Good understanding of NoSQL databases (such as CosmosDB/DynamoDB or MongoDB).
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker, capable of efficiently working on projects with dockerized environments.
- Experience in Agile engineering practices.
- A keen interest in staying current with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.
- Comfortable communicating in Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
Nice-to-haves
- Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration, when it comes to deployment, scalling and management, especially in cloud enviroments like AKS or EKS.
