For our Client – a multinational professional services company from Austria, we are looking for a qualified Senior Scrum Master/ Agile Coach with a very good knowledge of English to join our team.

Your role:

• Supporting the team to work without impediments
• Supporting the team members to better work together
• Working with the team to define / coordinate the development process
• Ensuring the development process is executed as defined (ready to develop, all dev artifacts produced, refinements done)
• Monitoring the processes and teams (work on KPIs, OKRs)
• You will be responsible for 2 squads (5 employees each)
• You will report directly to a manager

What you need:

• Min 3 years experience as a Scrum Master for a virtual team
• Fluency in English, with strong communication skills.
• Agile Proficiency: strong understanding and application of agile methodologies for efficient product development.
• Taking the process seriously - having a strict view on it / defending the process
• Scrum Master certificate
• Nice to have: a developer background
