About the job
You will be a part of the Delivery Services department, part of IT Operations, and will take responsibility of mobile environment (GSM). You will be managing and optimizing mobile services, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, and enhancing the overall user experience.
Specifically, you will:
- Manage and optimize mobile services (GSM) to meet performance and utilization targets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data usage, voice quality, capacity, and service availability.
- Identify opportunities to improve mobile service delivery, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, infrastructure, finance, and external vendors, to implement service improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards to track mobile service performance, usage trends, and cost metrics.
- Act as a subject matter expert on mobile services.
Who are you?
A dedicated IT specialist, who…
- have knowledge of mobile (GSM) infrastructure and services
- have IT at least 3-year hands-on IT experience
- have high analytics skills
- have problem-solving skills
- can translate business requirements into technical tasks
- communicate effectively and effortlessly in English
Furthermore:
- You are the team player with telephony technology background (preferably)
- You hold a degree in Computer science or similar
- You have previous experience with utilization and expense control
- You have previous experience with vendor management
- You understand ITIL and are familiar with SEFe Agile methodology
- You have experience from working in a multicultural and global company
