• Ability to articulate complex technical problems in a concise and clear manner
• This role is located in Wrocław, Poland with hybrid work-arrangement

As a senior specialist, you will be an integral part of an agile team. This role is a senior individual contributor position that requires you to challenge assumptions, understand the work, deliver it, and take full ownership of your responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to influence the team and program, and the level of impact you make will depend on your dedication and hard work. Rest assured that you will have full support along the way.

If you possess...

• Java and Java ecosystem:

o Apache Camel

o Spring Boot

o Testing frameworks

o Ability to write clean, testable code

o Good understanding of exceptions, multithreading, asynchronous processing, queues, memory management, caching

o Understanding of basic algorithms

• Databases:

o Oracle

o MongoDB

o Proficient in SQL (DDL, DML)

o Working with Oracle and Mongo databases programmatically

• Messaging: o Kafka
• Ability to work independently (make decisions, ask targeted questions);
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to interact with a distributed workforce;
• Experience with AI/ML is a big plus.
