We are in search of individuals who possess the necessary skills and knowledge to solve problems effectively. As tools to achieve this goal, we consider languages and frameworks to be essential. Our full-stack engineers mainly work on the backend, and we are currently looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Good understanding of programming concepts and paradigms.
• Proficiency in Java, and preferably a good knowledge of Javascript/Typescript.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to understand business problems.
• Flexibility as a team player who is not afraid to make independent decisions based on analysis and facts.
• Ability to articulate complex technical problems concisely and clearly.

Bonus points if you have expertise in Spring framework, Angular, and Software System Architecture knowledge. While previous experience is valuable, we do not mandate that you know all frameworks, as we will provide you with the opportunity to learn.

As a senior specialist, you will be an integral part of an agile team. This role is a senior individual contributor position that requires you to challenge assumptions, understand the work, deliver it, and take full ownership of your responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to influence the team and program, and the level of impact you make will depend on your dedication and hard work.
