Join our vibrant department of ≈20 developers located in Denmark and Poland, as we develop out-of-the-box cutting-edge solutions for clients worldwide. Our backend is engineered on .NET 8, incorporating technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, GraphQL, Elastic Search, and Redis. Frontend development relies on React with TypeScript, all hosted on Microsoft Azure.

We value collaboration, teamwork, and shared product ownership. We have recently transitioned to Scrum, and while we are still learning and adapting, your drive, ownership, and collaborative spirit will be essential for our shared success.

Your Role and Impact

As a member of our development department, you will:

• Contribute your ideas effectively to your Scrum team of 3-6 developers plus QA, Business Analysts, and IT and listen actively for productive collaboration.
• Write code that is easy to maintain for others using best practices like SOLID, KISS, and DRY.
• Proficient in using GIT for version control, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts.
• Participate in developing both integrations and standalone services, ensuring scalability, testability and performance.
• Engage in code reviews and support the team in achieving sprint goals.

Your Qualifications:

• Able to drive your own tasks and communicate with others when necessary.
• Know when to ask for help and explain clearly what you are building.
• Some experience in .NET using C#.
• Some proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written English.

A relevant IT education (Engineering, Computer Science or related) is preferred.

Bonus Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Hands-on experience with cloud services.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GraphQL and Elastic Search.
• Entity Framework.
• Knowledge of containerized development.
