SAP S/4 HANA Finance Architect

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Architect to engage in the client’s S/4HANA Programme. The role focuses on supporting the S/4HANA Brownfield transformation, requiring expert experience in S/4HANA Finance Architecture and strong integration knowledge across the clients processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• As a Finance Architect, you will:

  • Facilitate Brownfield conversion projects.

  • Guide finance-related migration topics, including data migration.

  • Develop strategies for open items, balances, and historical data.

  • Assess simplification items and custom code impacts.

  • Coach finance and related stakeholders on S/4HANA capabilities.

• Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of SAP Finance experience, including S/4HANA Finance.

  • Strong understanding of Universal Journal and finance simplifications.

  • Hands-on or architectural proficiency with FI (GL, AP, AR) and CO integration.

  • Experience in Asset Accounting in S/4HANA.

  • Project management, stakeholder management, and organizational change management expertise.

  • SAP Finance professional certification (preferred SAP Certified Application Professional - Financials in SAP S/4HANA).

• Nice to Have:

  • Extensive knowledge of agile SAP Activate project methodology.

• Other Details:

  The position is based in Greater Copenhagen, Denmark. The consultant is required to work on-site for a minimum of two days per week during the first half of the year, increasing to five days from the second half of 2026.
